How can I request an additional card issued by BT Direct?

If you want to add an authorized user who will have access to your credit limit via an additional card, visit any Dedeman store or selected Carrefour store. These stores have installment offices where our BT Direct representatives will assist you promptly. You only need your ID and that of the future authorized user.
