How can I block the Direct card?

Blocking the card, in case of loss or theft, can be done in the following ways:

  • BT Pay - the fastest way: - select the card that was stolen/lost by swipe/tap in the app - go to the „Settings” menu on the right side of the screen - choose „Block card”, then select „Permanently block this card”
  • talk directly with the virtual consultant on the BT Direct website - click here
  • by calling one of the numbers 021.308.4000 / 0264 308 028* or *8028* to activate the procedures that prevent the card from being used.
