How do I enroll a BT Direct card in the BT Pay app?

If you don’t have the BT Pay app yet, you need to:

• install the appto the phone number declared at the start of the contractual relationship (the number where you will receive an OTP code for validation)Enter here, press the “Open Account” button and install the app.
• go through aidentification processwhere we will ask you to photograph your identity card
• sign upusing the phone's camera.

After completing the app installation process, you can add your BT Direct card by following these steps:

1. Go to the top section "Add Card" (the "+" icon).
2. Select "Add a BT Card"
3. Check if your card image appears in the app; if not, enter the requested details manually (card number, full name, expiry date, CVV code - the 3-digit code on the back of the card)
4. Select the "Send SMS" option and wait for the code from the message to fill in automatically.

Important:BT Direct cards you already have in BT Pay or are about to add will be automatically enrolled in 3D Secure – meaning you can approve online payments directly from the app.
