How do I find out how much loyalty bonus I have accumulated?

You have several ways to check your loyalty points:

  • In the app BT Pay - press ”view balance” and it will appear next to the amount on the card
  • By the account statement received
  • Each month you receive an SMS from us with your accumulated bonus
