What fees are charged for using Direct cards abroad?

When you make online payments abroad or transactions at merchants, no fees are charged.

But if you pay in the local currency, the exchange rate for settling the transaction in the card currency, that is, lei, applies.

For cash withdrawals, you will pay a 2.5% fee, minimum 9 lei, per transaction, but also check the fee displayed on the ATM screen.
