How long does it take for my BT Direct card to arrive?

The BT Direct card leaves us in 5 days, but you can activate it in BT Pay 2 days after the loan approval.

You will receive an SMS as soon as the physical card is on its way to you.


After you receive the PIN code by SMS, call the number on the back of the card: 021.308.4000, press 0 and then 1 to activate.
