How long does it take for my BT Direct card to arrive?

The BT Direct card ships from us within 5 days, but you can activate it in BT Pay right after the loan approval.
You will receive an SMS when the physical card is on its way to you.

After you receive the PIN code by SMS, call the number on the back of the card to activate: 021.308.4000, press 0 and press 1.
