When do I have to repay and what amount from the credit used on the Direct Card?

For BT Direct credit cards, you have a 25-day payment period.

How do you track it?

• you will receive a monthly account statement (by e-mail or by mail, depending on the selected option).
• In the statement, check the “Current month debt” section – that amount is what you need to pay for the respective month.
• pay by the date stated on the statement to avoid penalties or additional interest.

If you face difficulties this month, you can pay the minimum amount on the statement by the due date, noting that next month you will have the remaining balance to pay, plus interest.
