At the moment when I want to withdraw cash from another bank's ATM (different from the card issuing bank) do I have a commission?

The best is to withdraw money from ATMs of the bank that issued you the card. In this way, you can enjoy 0 fees or lower fees.

If, on the other hand, you withdraw from ATMs of other banks, there may be a fee. The card issuing bank is the one that charges the fee.

Some banks pass this fee on to the client, while others do not – but this is each bank's decision, depending on their strategies.
