If I requested a loan with refinancing, when can I withdraw the additional amount?

You will be able to withdraw the amount once we obtain proof of loan closure. The credit officers at the Banca Transilvania branch where you took out the BT Direct loan will provide you with all the details; you only need to present your ID card.
