What does the “variable interest rate” on loans represent?

The annual variable interest rate on loans is expressed as a percentage and is composed of:

➤⠀reference index IRCC / ROBOR / EURIBOR / LIBOR;

➤⠀and the bank's fixed margin.

Both are added together and form the annual variable interest rate on loans. 😉

❗⠀If you are thinking of taking a credit:

➤⠀can you calculate the monthly rates online in BT credit simulator;

➤⠀and then you find out by phone if you qualify for the desired amount. 😃
