How long does it take to process the application and receive the card?

Online processing usually takes a few minutes if the documents are complete.

The physical card is delivered later at home by courier or can be picked up from a BT unit, depending on the chosen option. The card in digital format can be used after approval, in BT Pay. The total period from application until receipt the card is, in general, 3-5 business days.

For the cards requested at a BT unit, the process takes approximately 3-5 working days.
