When is the insurance invoice issued?

Invoice for the shipment amounting to the insurance premium and the tariff for the mandatory insurance (RCA) is issued by the Broker/Insurer within 2 working days, from the moment of receiving the amounts paid by the beneficiary, to the Broker's/Insurer's account. ⏳
