Where and how can I pay my installments?

To pay your installments, you will need your Direct Card and the barcode from the first page of your account statement, the one in the middle.

Your options:

• ByBT Pay:On the app's main page, you have "Pay a bill directly from BT Pay", select the provider BT Direct - Card and scan the barcode with your phone.
• At BT Express ATMs– Banca Transilvania: Pay the desired amount by identifying yourself with Card Direct or by scanning the barcode.
• Byinterbank transfer: Payment is to be made into account RO44BTRLRONINCS000788104, opened at Banca Transilvania, mentioning the account number or the information from the barcode.
• At payment pointsPayPoint:Available at a network of over 18,000 partners by scanning the barcode on the first page, in the middle, of the monthly account statement.
• At payment stationsSelfPay: You can pay at any of the over 10,000 locations by scanning the barcode.
• In the application PAGO: Select BT Direct from the Suppliers menu and scan the barcode.
• In the app 24pay:Select BT Direct IFN SA from the Bill Payment – Financial Services menu.

Payment can also be made through other available alternative channels (e.g. PayPoint, 24pay networks) and may involve a fee charged by the service provider, which you bear and pay at the time of payment.
