Where can I see how much I owe on my BT Direct credit card?

You can see the amount you have to pay in the monthly account statement we send you by e-mail or by post, depending on your preference.

Under "Current Month Debt" you can see the amount you need to pay and the due date.

If you need more information, you can find us daily, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, at BT Direct chator at 021 308 4000.
