Where can I pay the credit installments?

By scanning the barcode on the first page of your account statement (the one in the middle), you can pay your installments:

  • In the BT Pay app, from the "Pay a bill in BT Pay" menu, select the BT Direct – Credit provider and enter the information from the barcode.
  • LaBT Express ATMsof Banca Transilvania;
  • In the PAGO app, selecting BT Direct from the Providers menu;
  • At one-two machines, from a network of over 10,000 partners;
  • In un-doi app, by selecting BT Direct from the Suppliers menu.
  • If you are making the payment from a bank other than Banca Transilvania, use the account:RO52BTRL01301202925681XX and mention the name of the loan holder and the loan contract number.
