Do I need to create an account or a new password when adding a new company in BT Go?

No, you don’t need a new account or password. You will use the same BT Go account and the same login details you already have. 😊

After the request is approved, the company becomes active and you can access it from the menu „Choose company”, using the same BT Go credentials as before. 👍
