Can I apply for a mortgage loan if I work in Italy?

Yes, you can, if you opt for a secured loan with a real estate mortgage. 🙂


Only have to:

➤⠀you have income obtained from employment contracts carried out abroad for a minimum of one year. The minimum salary is 950 euros net / month for the holder or 1,600 euros net / month / per family;

➤⠀you have domicile or residence and place of work in Italy and you can prove this with identity / property / lease contracts and work contracts documents.
