What is “debit”?

The debit is an unpaid debt by the holder of the account which may arise from the collection of taxes / commissions. 💰

Example: If the service fee is charged SMS Alert of 5 lei / month, but in the account of the holder there is no availability at that moment, the account will be on debit with the amount of 5 lei.
