Only for BT clients

I'm trying to print the statement, but it asks me for the password again. I enter the password, but it doesn't recognize it and I can't print the document. What should I do?

Extrases from June (received in July) we recommend you to access them with Adobe Acrobat Reader and to print them from the desktop (with Windows operating system).
