Can the authorized account holder pick up the reissued card upon expiration?

Card reissue at maturity can only be released to the account holder.

❗ However, there is also the possibility of the card being collected directly by the authorized representative if they hold a valid notarial power of attorney for this purpose. In other words, the power of attorney must also mention the activity of collecting the card. 😊
