Is the company stamp needed on documents required by Banca Transilvania?

No more need for stamped documents, as a client company. Therefore, no more stamps on documents such as:

- Loan application

- Business plan

- Reimbursement request

- Monthly trial balance sheets

- Request for modification of contractual conditions

From August 7, 2017, Banca Transilvania removed the obligation to apply the stamp on documents of corporate clients in relation to the bank, as well as the obligation to apply the official BT stamp (the round one) on documents generated by the bank.
