Why don't I see the "Checks and Tickets" section in BT Go?

Most likely, you do not have debit instruments (checks, promissory notes, or bills of exchange) linked to your BT Go accounts. This section is displayed only to users who have such payment or collection instruments. 🙂

If you have debit instruments in your accounts, the section will appear automatically in the menu, and you will be able to see the instrument type, series and number, partner, amount, currency, status, and processing date. ✅
