Why doesn't the leasing company take care of registering my vehicle with the Tax and Fees Service of the Local Council I belong to?

Thus, according to the new Fiscal Code, from 01.01.2007, each user of a leasing contract is obliged to personally declare, within 30 days from the date of acquisition, the motor vehicle 🚘 to the Taxes and Fees Service of the Local Council to which it belongs and will pay the tax directly.
