Why do I no longer receive SMS when I sign a transaction in BT Pay Web?

If you have chosen to confirm the login on the platform via the push notification in the BTPay mobile application, then the transactions will also be confirmed using the same method. The SMS code will be available for authorization only if BT Pay mobile is not available.
