If I benefit from the risk of non-payment coverage and the insurer pays the compensation, will I also receive the difference in the amount not financed by the Factor?

Events covered in the case of non-recourse factoring are: insolvency or prolonged non-payment to the debtor, and the coverage percentage is between 80-100% of the invoice value.

If one of the insured events occurs and the invoice is not commercially disputed, the Factor will compensate the Subscriber based on the coverage percentage established in the Factoring Contract. However, if during the collection process the Factor manages to recover amounts greater than those advanced (financed), it will transfer the difference to the Subscriber's current account.
