How do I change the registered address in BT Direct?

If you want to update your personal details, you can send us an email at actualizaredateBTD@btdirect.ro, accompanied by a copy of the identity document (front and back) and proof of address (if you have CEI), and mention in the message text the request to update the data in the system.

If you need more information, you can find us daily, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, at BT Direct chator at 021 308 4000.
