How do I get a new barcode for my BT Direct loan?

Very easy. Access the generatorhere and you will receive the barcode by entering the account number in the “Cards” field.

If you are unable to download the barcode, you can clickhere and between 08:00 and 20:00 you enter a live chat with the consultant on the BT Direct website.
