Who is responsible for RAR? And for registration?

The RAR is handled by the user or the dealer in the case of new vehicles. 🚘 

The registration is done by BT Leasing Transilvania IFN S.A. Cluj or Bucharest Logistics Department, after receiving the documents necessary for registration. 🙂
