Who is responsible for RAR? And for registration?

The user or dealer handles the RAR for new vehicles.

The registration is done by BT Leasing Transilvania IFN S.A. Cluj or Bucharest, after receiving the documents required for registration, through their Logistics Department.

P.S.: With BT Leasing, you can register in any county in Romania.
