What happens if I do not comply with the conditions of the state aid scheme?

Dacă nu vei respecta condițiile schemei ajutorului de stat (documentul pe care l-ai semnat la primirea garanției de stat) vei fi obligat să rambursezi ajutorul de stat și dobânda legală. 🙂
