What do I do if I have lost the Direct Card?

As soon as you notice your card is lost or stolen, block it immediately by:

  • BT Pay - the fastest way: from the main page choose the three dots with "More" - Card settings - Card block - block card permanently.

If you fail in BT Pay, you can start a conversation with the consultant on the BT Direct website aici, or call us at one of the following numbers 021.308.4000 /0264 308 028* or *8028* to start the procedures that prevent the card from being used.
