Mastercard ID Check is an online payment security service that helps you confirm that you are the one making the transaction, protecting your card data. The service aims to provide greater security and prevent unauthorized use of the card for online payments.


Every time you make an online payment with your card:

  • you receive an instant notification
  • the transaction is confirmed by an additional security method, such as: approval via BT Pay, a one-time password received by SMS, biometric authentication (fingerprint, Face ID)
