What conditions must the new password set for BT Go meet?

Your new password must contain simultaneously:

  • Between 8 and 20 characters
  • At least one digit
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one special character among the following: .@#$%^&*+=:[]_?;()~
