What is the validity of my Direct credit card?

The card is valid for 5 years, just like all BT Direct cards issued from June 2021 onwards.

Your card is valid until the last day of the month shown on its front.

To use it without interruption, please make sure your personal data is up to date in our system. We will send you the renewed card before the expiry date, to the address registered in our system.
