What is the difference between BT Alert and SMS Alert?

BT Alert este un serviciu adresat clienților de tip legal entities through which notifications are sent to the mobile phone regarding:

➤⠀receipts;

➤⠀account balance;

➤⠀and the situation of attachments (these involve the blocking of the bank account by the issuing banking institution due to unpaid debts) from your account.


SMS Alert is a service intended for clients of type natural persons and legal entities attached to the cards. Through it, you receive messages when:

➤⠀you make transactions with the card;

➤⠀or when you receive money in the account.
