According to the chart, the highest 6-month ROBOR was in July 2010, when a rate of 7.49% was recorded. The minimum was in September 2016 with a rate of 0.92%. It is just an example, but it shows us quite clearly that ROBOR is an interest rate that fluctuates constantly.
