Does the BT Express machine give change when paying bills if I do not have the exact amount to pay?

The payment machine, called BT Express, does not give change, but the money deposited in excess is considered an advance payment to the utility provider (if you pay multiple bills, the extra money goes to the provider of the last bill scanned at the machine). 😊
