❶⠀Gsaved byBT Visual Help: calling the number 0264 308 000 ➭ access the link received via SMS ➭ and from the main menu select „Request extract”;
❷⠀Through BT24 Internet Banking: after you log in to the application ➭ click on „My accounts” ➭ choose the option „Extracts” from the submenu that just appeared ➭ and depending on the extract you want to obtain you select “Account Statements” or „Card extracts”;
❸⠀Through BT24 Mobil Bankolás: open the application ➭ you opt for the option „Finance” from the bottom part of the screen ➭select„Current accounts, savings and card accounts”➭ choose the account for which you need a statement ➭ select the option „Monthly statements” or „Daily extracts”, according to your needs;
